We work with investors who can demonstrate available funds exceeding £100,000. However, we believe in making property investment accessible to a broader range of investors. If your available funds are below this threshold, we still offer several opportunities to participate:

We currently operate exclusively in the North East of the UK. However, in response to growing demand, we are actively planning to expand our operations nationally. This expansion will allow us to offer our bespoke property investment services to a broader audience.

We cannot guarantee the third party or investor's data to be 100% accurate on any historical returns, expected returns and probability of capital projections. Should an investment deal fall through for reasons beyond your control, we offer two reassurance measures to protect our investors:
  1. 100% Money-Back Guarantee: We will refund our finders fee in full to ensure you are not financially disadvantaged.
  2. Alternative Investment Opportunities: Alternatively, we commit to finding a similar investment opportunity within a specified timeframe, at no additional finder’s fee to you.
